Most clients run their first payroll with us within 2 weeks of the referral, often sooner. We handle the full setup, including registering payroll tax accounts and setting up employees, so your client doesn’t have to.
Yes. We integrate with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. We can also generate general ledger reports as PDF or Excel files.
We don’t pay referral fees. Once your firm has 5 active referred clients, your firm’s own payroll is free through Free Payroll For Your Firm. An active referred client is one your firm referred whose payroll Cirrus is actively running.

We do. We handle IRS and state letters for every client we run payroll for.
